Heating:

Central heating and hot water from boiler room situated in the basement. Panel radiators with thermostatic valve, floor convectors and ladder radiators in bathrooms and toilets.

Ventilation:

Ventilation of bathrooms and toilets – radial ventilators. Preparation for the ventilation of kitchens. Preparation for the fitting of air-condition of flats on the third floor. Ventilation of the parking, detector of CO, light board.
